1. Sales Executive - Education Business

Job Description:

 He / She will be Responsible in Market research of academic schools, and oversee operation of Yamaha operated schools, Achieve annual sales target of Books/ Students.

 Primary Job Functions: 

  • Conduct market research in academic schools segment nationwide. Creating dashboard for data analysis.

  • Taking Appointment with academic schools and visiting for future business possibilities. Establishing good relation with school management and proceed with business.

  • To prepare master plan of school (& sales) promotion activities for revenue target achievement for the financial year.

  • Oversee location operation to ensure policies and procedures are observed and to continually seek ways to improve workflow system within the location so as to facilitate efficient and productive work processes among school staff.

  • Provide quality customer service; seek to achieve this by making sure staff stay focus in attending and fulfilling customers' needs with tight follow up on customer related matters and providing good after sales service etc.

  • Encourage and motivate school staff and executives through consistent open communication so as to establish "esprit the corps" and working towards set targets and objectives for the School outlet.

  • To make rational/critical decision on operation matters on a daily basis as well as in a "challenged situation" without comprising company's policy and regulation.

  • To follow through feedback from students and customers that is beyond the ability and/or the jurisdiction of the location executives to handle.

  •

2. Senior Executive / Assistant Manager – Audio Visual

Department:     Audio visual Sales & Marketing

Job Description: 

He/she is responsible for achieving the sales target for his/her assigned area by managing existing channel partners and exploring new channels for business enhancement. A second aspect of the role is to work towards creating demand for the products in his/her assigned area.


Detailed Responsibilities:

  • Sales forecasting and Strategy Implementation.

  • Market Development and penetration.

  • Look for more avenues and business opportunities with Corporates/ Dealers  and meet the tie up target for the same.

  • Achieve Sales Target and Prepare Sales Reports.

  • Collections and Credit Control.

  • Sales Management.

  • Dealer and Business Partner management and relationship building.

  • Execute promotional activities and new product launch.

  • Sales Forecasting and PSI planning.

  • Coordination with Internal and External customers.
