P-45 and P-115 launch

On 28th May, 2015 during PALM EXPO, Yamaha Music India launched two models in P- Series Digital Pianos. P-45 and P-115.
P-45 featuring Yamaha's AWM (Advanced Wave Memory) sampling to record an instrument sound.
P-115 comes with improved piano performance and new Pure CF sampled piano, which is sampled from Yamaha's own famous CF III concert grand.

India gets its first Yamaha Music Point

Yamaha Music India launched first “Yamaha Music Point” in India. For over 50 years, Yamaha Music has established itself as the pioneer in the field of music education worldwide. To bring the same standard of music education in India “Yamaha Music Point” will offer variety of instrumental courses, for children, teenagers and adults, to enable them to enjoy the instrument of their choice. Instrumental tuition will be carried out in small groups /Individual classes and skills include learning to read notation, improvisation and accompaniment skills. All courses are carefully designed and developed by Yamaha Music Foundation to enable students to make a positive start with first musical experiences and to support them in the development of their skills.

Speaking on the occasion Mr.Hitoshi Mochizuki –Managing Director of Yamaha Music India stressed on the need of quality music education in India. According to Varsha Varma (Business Head-Yamaha Music India) “Yamaha Music Point” houses top of the line Yamaha musical Instruments to provide the best learning experience to its students. The school will offer courses for Piano, Keyboard, Drums, Classical Guitar, Acoustic Guitar, Electric Guitar, Lead Guitar and Vocals.
