Precision Sound and Control Redefine Wipro’s All-Hands Space

Wipro set out to create a multipurpose All-Hands Space at the Wipro Innovation Network, the vision was to design a venue that could seamlessly support everything from small collaborative sessions to large-scale town halls and product showcases. The goal was a space that would be versatile, reliable, and intuitive, ensuring participants—whether in the room or joining remotely—could engage without compromise. To realize this vision, Wipro relied on the combined expertise of Yamaha and NEXO technologies, integrated by BT Convergence Technologies (BTCT) under the guidance of AV consultant MetaHive Design Consulting Private Limited.

At the heart of the installation is Yamaha’s system management, providing intuitive control and dependable stability. Yamaha digital mixing consoles act as the command center, giving operators precise control over levels, routing, and signal processing. These consoles, supported by Yamaha processors and amplifiers, ensure that every event, from high-profile corporate town halls to everyday meetings, runs smoothly. For Wipro’s event teams, the reliability of Yamaha solutions translates into confidence, scalability, and ease of use.

Sound coverage and clarity were equally essential, and this is where NEXO systems play a defining role. In the Forum Area, which accommodates up to 100 people, two compact NEXO ID.24 Front of House loudspeakers deliver consistent coverage while blending discreetly into the space. Driven by NEXO amplification, the Forum Area becomes a stage for crisp, balanced communication, ensuring presentations and product launches resonate with clarity.

The Town Hall Area demanded a broader solution to serve as a hub for marketing activities, product showcases, and hybrid events. Here, eight NEXO ID.24 loudspeakers were installed to provide even sound distribution across the space. This setup ensures that every participant, regardless of where they are seated, experiences the same clarity and presence. By supporting both live and virtual events, the Town Hall has become a versatile extension of Wipro’s communication strategy.

Beyond audio, an Active LED wall was integrated as the visual centerpiece of the All-Hands Space. Intelligent camera tracking and advanced video conferencing tools complement the system, ensuring that both in-room and remote participants enjoy an engaging and seamless experience. Together, Yamaha, NEXO, and visual technologies deliver a holistic environment designed for modern collaboration.

MetaHive Design Consulting Private Limited, serving as the AV consultant, played a pivotal role in shaping the project. Their expertise ensured that Wipro’s operational requirements were translated into a system design that balanced technical sophistication with user-friendliness. By aligning the vision with practical execution, MetaHive provided the blueprint that guided the integration.

Executing that vision, BT Convergence Technologies (BTCT) leveraged more than a decade of integration experience to bring the project to life. From needs analysis and installation to fine-tuning and long-term support, BTCT ensured that Yamaha and NEXO solutions were deployed to their fullest potential. Their integration expertise ensured the system was not only technically advanced but also intuitive for everyday use.
