InfoComm India 2025: Yamaha Showcases Innovation and Collaboration

Sep 25, 2025: Yamaha Music India participated in InfoComm India 2025, held from September 9–11 at the Jio World Convention Centre in Mumbai. At booth K-10, Yamaha and NEXO presented their latest solutions under the theme of “Innovation and Collaboration”, offering visitors a wide range of immersive experiences.

The showcase highlighted solutions tailored to major markets including Installed Sound, Education, Corporate, Live Music, and Broadcast. The booth was divided into application-based zones—Conference AV, Installed Sound, Live Sound & Broadcasting, and Hospitality—allowing visitors to experience the value of Yamaha products and solutions in realistic settings.

A major highlight was the live demonstration of ADECIA with Voice Lift functionality, along with a combined solution featuring ADECIA and Lumens cameras. These demonstrations enabled visitors to experience both speech clarity and seamless integration with video, drawing high praise for their scalability and ease of use in real meeting environments.

From NEXO, the newly launched Alpha+ Hybrid Source Sound System made its debut. Reimagining the globally acclaimed “Alpha Series” from the 1990s with today’s advanced technology, Alpha+ adopts NEXO’s proprietary Hybrid Source configuration. With its flexible component design, the system can be configured from full-range units to subwoofers, delivering powerful sound with precise directivity. This next-generation system attracted significant attention as it sets a new standard for the live entertainment market.

For the installation market, Yamaha also showcased the NEXO ID Series (compact and column speakers) and the ePS Series (rugged, IP55-rated models), demonstrating total solution concepts that integrate seamlessly with Yamaha products across a variety of application areas.

In the hospitality segment, Yamaha introduced a concept featuring the Disklavier ENSPIRE ST. A live automatic performance was presented at the booth, accompanied by a product showcase and a system configuration display. This highlighted the potential of integrating Yamaha’s PA solutions into hospitality spaces such as hotel lounges, restaurants, and cafés. The unique combination of luxurious live piano performance and professional audio systems illustrated new possibilities for creating premium soundscapes in hospitality environments.

Other highlights included a next-generation integrated audio and video solution with the Yamaha DM3 and Roland V-80HD, as well as the YCM705 condenser microphone, designed specifically for streaming and recording applications. These demonstrations attracted wide interest from professionals across different fields.

The event also featured keynote sessions as part of Yamaha’s Audioversity program. On September 9, Andy Cooper, Audioversity Content Manager at Yamaha Corporation, delivered a session on “AI Audio Mixing: Using it to Gain Advantage!”. On September 10, Mark Collins, Audioversity Content Specialist, presented “How AI and Automation are Improving Workflows within ProAV”. Both sessions shared practical and forward-looking insights into how AI and automation are transforming the professional audio industry.

For Yamaha, InfoComm India 2025 served as a stage to demonstrate both innovation and collaboration. Through hands-on demonstrations and total solution showcases, visitors were able to directly experience “the new possibilities of sound.” Looking ahead, Yamaha will continue to expand solution experiences through the Bangalore Experience Centre, the Gurugram Demo Space, and Audioversity, including Audioversity Online:
