Yamaha Music India expands its portfolio with the launch of new guitar amplifier, bass guitars, and the introduction of new colour variants across select guitar series. From beginners to seasoned performers, this expansion reinforces Yamaha Music’s commitment to catering to musicians across skill levels with a focus on portability, tonal versatility, and design innovation.

THR Guitar Amps:

Yamaha Music India has launched the THR series, the original desktop amplifiers that delivers authentic tube-like tone in a compact, portable form. Powered by Yamaha’s Virtual Circuitry Modeling technology, the THR offers realistic amp simulations, built-in effects, and hi-fi stereo sound making it ideal for playing at home and recording.

BB Series Bass Guitars:

Taking the bass experience to the next level, the BB Series bass guitars are designed to let musicians build their own sound, with a strong focus on performance and durability. Within the lineup, both the BB400 and BB700 Series share the firmer 6‑bolt miter neck joint, providing improved neck stability alongside custom‑wound pickups developed for articulate and powerful response. The BB700 Series, however, is further distinguished by its alder/maple/alder body construction, which enhances tonal balance, and clarity.

Tailored for intermediate to advanced players, it supports a wide tonal range from clean rhythms to high-gain leads.

APXT2 Acoustic-Electric Guitar:

APXT2 acoustic-electric guitar is a 3/4-size guitar of APX Series featuring ART-based pickup system. Though compact, it captures not only string vibrations but also the resonance of the entire body, delivering a natural and rich acoustic guitar sound through the amplifier. It is available in 4 different colors including Dark Red Burst, Black, Natural and Old Violin Sunburst.

TAG1E and TAS1E TransAcoustic Guitars (2nd Gen):

The 2nd generation TransAcoustic Guitars, TAG1E and TAS1E features a sleek modern design, fuller volume making it perfect for better at-home playing experience. With built-in reverb and chorus, they deliver a rich, immersive sound without the need of any extra gear. The TAG1E’s dreadnought body delivers strong projection, while the TAS1E’s concert shape offers added comfort.
