Raj Vidya Kender (RVK) is a nonprofit, charitable and spiritual organisation dedicated to spreading knowledge and inner peace through discourses, events, and large gatherings. Over time, RVK has become a hub for seekers of wisdom, reflection, and collective harmony. With audiences ranging from Close-knit groups to thousands of participants, ensuring clear and consistent sound has always been central to its mission of reaching every individual with clarity and impact.

As RVK’s events grew in scale and complexity, the leadership identified the need for a robust upgrade, one that could seamlessly connect multiple halls and overflow areas, ensure long-distance support for delayed speakers, deliver dependable archival recordings, and maintain flexibility and stability during large congregations.

After a series of discussions with Mr. Shailesh Awasthi, consultant (volunteer) for RVK, Mr. Kishore from Pro Audio Service, and the Yamaha Team, followed by careful evaluation, RVK chose Yamaha’s state-of-the-art digital mixing ecosystem. The installation included a DM7 Digital Mixing Console, a DM3 Dante-enabled console, a RIO3224 D2 I/O Rack, two RIO1608 D2 I/O Racks, one TIO1608 D2 I/O Rack, and two SWP16-MMF switches. This configuration provided a powerful, scalable, and future-ready infrastructure capable of handling both small gatherings and large-scale events with equal ease.

The Yamaha system has already received highly positive feedback from RVK. The DM7 was praised for offering a wide range of advanced features in a value-for-money package. The Dante network proved stable and seamless across spaces, while VLAN and optical fibre connectivity enabled long-distance audio transmission for delay speakers and overflow zones during major gatherings. Dante multicast also worked smoothly for isolated live broadcast mixing, and multitrack recording over Dante was reported to be highly reliable for RVK’s archival needs.

With this upgrade, Raj Vidya Kender has strengthened its ability to deliver engaging and a memorable sonic experience for audiences. The DM7 has proven to be more than a console, offering versatility in operation, advanced plug-in integration, and intuitive workflow features such as split control and user-friendly interface design, making it ideal for both experienced engineers and guest operators.

The system has also supported RVK during large-scale global events. Notably, it was deployed during Prem Rawat’s 3rd Guinness World Record event, which welcomed an extraordinary number of participants. The Yamaha ecosystem delivered flawless performance, ensuring every attendee could experience the event with unmatched clarity and precision.

With Yamaha’s DM7 and Dante-enabled infrastructure, Raj Vidya Kender continues to provide reliable, high-quality audio for their events and gatherings, ensuring their message of peace and wisdom resonates powerfully with audiences worldwide.
